In 2007 Dale and I started looking for a Friesian filly to raise and train to drive Dale's antique doctors buggy.  We found Yfke in Florida.  We met Lydia Von Borstel and she allowed us to bring Yfke all the way to central Washington.  To make that trip more economical, we also purchased Yvette (see her page) and the girls made the long adventure with Wishing Well Arabian transporters.  They took the best care of our fillies including Fanta (Morgan filly) whom they picked up in Texas.  Yfke is such a charming lovely girl!  Boy has she grown, and as we expected, is turning out to be an asset to the breed.  Thanks to all who made it possible for us to have her in our lives.
